As you implement your franchise, we’ll provide you with a Panago Business Development Manager. Your Panago BDM offers you the support and coaching you’ll need to get the most out of your investment. In close collaboration, your BDM will help you plan and manage your staff recruitment and store opening. And as your franchise momentum builds, your BDM will provide assistance in planning and executing local promotion and community program initiatives. We run one of the lowest store to BDM ratios in the industry; that means the extensive experience we’ve gained throughout 20 years of consistent growth and success will be right there with you as you move towards operational excellence.
