Born from the collaboration between Infopro Digital, the event organizer, and the French Franchise Federation, the show’s owner, Franchise Expo Paris offers a complete immersion into the world of franchised entrepreneurship.
WHAT IS FRANCHISE EXPO PARIS?
Founded in 1982, Franchise Expo Paris has, over the years, established itself as a key franchise event on both the French and international stages. Designed as the entrepreneur’s toolbox, the show aims to connect project leaders seeking new challenges with expanding franchise brands, in order to build shared projects. Visitors will find the entire business creation ecosystem and benefit from the experience and advice of franchisees and franchisors from more than 500 brands, notably through numerous conferences and round-table discussions.

TALK BY MOHAMED CHEIKH, CHEF
Winner of Top Chef Season 12 in 2021, Mohamed Cheikh has an exceptional entrepreneurial journey. In 2024, the 33-year-old chef opened Meïda, his first restaurant. Recently, he partnered with Groupe Bertrand to develop two new restaurant concepts: Chick&Chill, a fast-food concept focused on fried chicken (early 2025), and Meatpack Steakhouse, a grill-based concept launched more recently. During his talk, he will reflect on his career and the importance of being well supported to successfully carry out projects.

TALK BY CORINNE DUPLAT, CEO OF LES MENUS SERVICES
From employee to entrepreneur—just one step! After ten years at L’Oréal, Corinne Duplat launched into entrepreneurship with no specific background, in the still-emerging personal services sector. Today, she leads Les Menus Services, a network of over 130 agencies in France. During her talk, she will share her entrepreneurial journey, the challenges she faced in growing her project, and her advice for future entrepreneurs.

TALK BY JEAN-PIERRE NADIR, SERIAL ENTREPRENEUR, FOUNDER OF FAIRMOOVE AND JUDGE ON “QUI VEUT ÊTRE MON ASSOCIÉ?”
Starting from nothing and building an entrepreneurial empire—this is the inspiring journey of Jean-Pierre Nadir, who began his entrepreneurial career at the age of 17. After several ventures in food service and delivery, he moved into publishing before founding EasyVoyage and later Fairmoove, an online travel booking platform. Today, he is a well-known business angel and investor, notably through his participation as a judge on Qui veut être mon associé?. During his talk, he will share insights from his successful experiences and offer advice on combining entrepreneurship and success.

TALK BY CAROLE AND PIERRE STUPFEL, OWNERS OF THE FRENCH COFFEE SHOP BRAND
Carole and Pierre Stupfel began their entrepreneurial journey as a couple, first as managed operators before becoming franchisees of French Coffee Shop in 2015. After five years, they joined Del Arte to learn the workings of a well-established network. In 2019, when the franchisors decided to sell the network, they seized the opportunity—selling their own businesses to position themselves as buyers. They took over a network of around fifty locations and gradually expanded it, adding about ten more outlets in two years. Their philosophy: prioritize performance over uncontrolled growth. During their talk, they will share key stages of their journey, their transition from franchisees to franchisors, and advice for future project leaders.
