F. Georges Sayegh

F. Georges Sayegh advises franchisors, master franchisees, groupings, banners, as well as franchisees and technology transfer licensees.

F. Georges Sayegh holds an accounting sciences degree from HEC Montreal. He is a Fellow Certified Management Consultant (FCMC). He is a member of the Institute of Management Consultants of Ontario as well as a member of the Order of Chartered Administrators of Québec (Adm. A.) and of the Institute of Management Consultants of Quebec (FCMC). He has nearly 10 years of experience in public administration, over 25 years of experience in national and international consulting, ten years in auditing and four years in senior management of an $8.5 billion American multinational corporation.

He is a regular speaker at numerous organizations, industry associations, chambers of commerce and universities on various topics related to the fields of administration finance, franchising and technology transfer.

He is the author of 18 books on administration, finance, franchising, licensing, and technology transfer. He was a professor at the Master of Business Administration level Laval University in 2003 and 2004.
