A year after joining the LGI team, we sit down with Franchisee Owner Rene Longo & talk to him about his success as a Mobile Franchisee.
Rene purchased his Mobile Franchise in May 2017 after 10+ years in the safety industry and mobile sales. His decision to become an LGI Franchisee owner was not made overnight. After an in-depth investigation into other franchise opportunities he decided LGI was the right move for him.
"The ability to work from home and the freedom to set my own hours was a big part of my decision to join LGI." He explains. "If I had to do this on my own I would have to deal with multiple vendors and Multiple P.O.'s, shipping etc. With LGI, I send one P.O. to Greg (LGI Corporate) and LGI gets it all for me."
Being on his own and on the road is something Rene has always enjoyed and helping customers across a broad range of industries means every day can be different from the last. " I really think that people (customers) like a face and someone to talk too instead of just online clicking. A face and a name of the person helping you."
We asked Rene why he thought the LGI Franchise business model was so successful: "It's the only mobile store that does what we do. Such a broad range of clients there is a lot of business to be had. And the product information and support from LGI has been excellent."
With more Mobile Franchise stores opening up across Canada it's no wonder the LGI Group is a franchise in demand.
